As Seen on The Knot

When booking a group or event with us we will need the basic details: name, contact info, number of guests, date and desired time. Next, we will determine if you need a large table, couple tables, a room or the entire restaurant. From there we will chat about room fees and food and beverage (F&B) minimums if applicable. From there we will dial in what will be served for food and drinks.

For the food portion, we recommend either family style meals or action stations paired with passed apps (Full restaurant or room rent out necessary).


FAMILY STYLE:

Our tables are arranged to accommodate the entire party, table size varies from 8 to 16 guests at a table. As guests seat, food comes out to the tables in waves and everyone builds their own plate. This allows for everyone to stay in one seat, move around from seat to seat or table to table without missing out on their meal. The guests don't have to halt conversation to look at a menu and order dinner, it creates a very lively and social environment.

ACTION/PASSED (full restaurant rent out necessary):

This option is primarily designed for the mingling crowd, although there will be some seating available there will not be a seat for every guest. All the food will either be bite sized or designed to hold and eat. We create between 2 to 4 different action stations where food is prepared in front of the guest and handed out. In conjunction with the action station, there will be passed apps. This option can offer a full meal one bite at a time.

We have several family style menus to choose from, use the menus as guidelines, we are happy to substitute items on the menu, it may or may not change the price.

ALCOHOL:

As for the alcohol, we typically charge per consumption. You can do Open bar, Open with limitations, select menu or house package.

  • "Open bar" Just as it sounds carte blanche! Just be aware we have a quite a few tequilas that are between $26 and $60 a shot, also a couple that are between $400 to $700 a shot.

  • "Open Limited" where we can exclude those high-end tequilas, or cut it off at any price you are looking.

  • "Select Menu" is just as it sounds, you pick select items (or a price range of drinks) off our menu that you would like to be offered to your guests. If the guests would like something not included, we politely offer to start them a tab.

  • "House Package" which would be house margaritas $17ea (%100 blue agave tequila, hand squeezed mix), red/white wine $14ea, well drinks $12ea and Modelo/Negra Modelo drafts $7ea.
